Reading: oh, the places you'll go!

i'm officially in 'the waiting place' and it wasn't really til today that i realized that doc seuss knew exactly what he was talking about when he said "everyone is just waiting..." goddamn that man was genius! anyway...it seems like everyone right now is just stuck where they are with no way out...don't get me wrong...we can all get out eventually...but not immediately...and that's what kills us...the second you make up your mind about something you want to act on it right then and there...but you can't...and that sucks!

it's particularly difficult this time cause i'm le tired of waiting...
waiting for school to be over...
waiting for my highlights to grow out...
waiting for that much needed trip to cali...
waiting to see my friend again...
waiting to have my parents all paid back...
waiting to move out of my house...
waiting to find out if he's got any interest in me...
waiting for everyone to be happy again...

i have no control over any of these things...so i will just have to wait i guess...wait til the day i'll "escape all that waiting and staying. [I'll] find the bright places where Boom Bands are playing!"
